Shipping Coverage

Peterson The Serial Entrepreneur ships football jerseys and palm oil to all states across Nigeria. We partner with reputable logistics companies to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Fees

• Orders above ₦50,000: FREE shipping — no delivery fee applied.
• Orders below ₦50,000: A delivery fee based on your state is added at checkout.
• Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your cart total and delivery state.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Abuja, Port Harcourt: 2–3 business days
• Other states: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the Track Order feature in the app. You'll also receive WhatsApp updates at every status change.

How It Works

Important Notes

• Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
• Someone must be available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
• PETERSON THE SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak seasons.

Football Jerseys

• Jerseys may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, wrong-sized, or different from what was ordered.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Size-exchange requests are welcome within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Palm Oil

• Because palm oil is a consumable product, returns are only accepted if the item arrives leaking, contaminated, or short in quantity.
• Please inspect your palm oil delivery immediately and report any issue within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo/video as proof.
• Opened or used palm oil cannot be returned unless the fault is confirmed to be ours.

How to Request a Return

Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after 7 days of delivery.
• Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Palm oil that has already been opened and consumed, without evidence of a fault.

Peterson The Serial Entrepreneur is an online retail platform selling football jerseys and palm oil. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
• For Bank Transfer orders, payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours (Bank Transfer) may be cancelled automatically.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Peterson The Serial Entrepreneur is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or inaccurate address information provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent orders or chargebacks
• Misuse of promotional codes
• Posting false or misleading reviews
• Any activity that disrupts or harms the platform

6. Changes to Terms

Peterson The Serial Entrepreneur reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
